How to cancel before being charged

  1. Open Canva, click your profile picture
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Click Billing and Plans
  4. Select Cancel Plan
  5. Confirm cancellation

Set a Day 28 calendar reminder before starting your trial. Canva requires payment info upfront and will charge on Day 31 if you do not cancel.

Canva Pro costs $15 per month on a monthly plan, or $10 per month effective (billed as $120 per year) on an annual plan. The annual plan saves $60 per year compared to paying month to month. A 30-day free trial is available on both billing options.
What AI features does Canva Pro include?
Canva Pro includes the full Magic Studio suite: Magic Write (AI text generation, 500 uses per month), Magic Eraser (remove objects from photos), Magic Edit (replace objects via AI), Magic Resize (resize designs to 50+ formats), Magic Grab (move photo subjects), Magic Morph (transform shapes), and text-to-image generation. The Free plan includes limited Magic Write (250 uses total, not per month).
Can I cancel Canva Pro after the free trial?
Yes. You can cancel at any time during the 30-day free trial without being charged. Go to Account Settings, select Billing, and click Cancel Plan before your trial ends. If you cancel, your account reverts to Free immediately. Canva sends a reminder email before the trial ends, but setting your own calendar reminder is advisable.
Does Canva Pro include a refund guarantee?
Annual Canva Pro plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days and receive a full refund. Monthly plans do not carry a money-back guarantee, though you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.
How many people can use one Canva Pro account?
Canva Pro is a single-user license. Sharing login credentials with multiple people violates Canva's Terms of Service and can result in account suspension. If multiple people need Pro features, Canva Teams is the appropriate plan at $10 per person per month (annual) with a 3-seat minimum.
